Return Policy

We believe that attention to customer service is the highest service we could offer to our clientele. If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, please call us prior to returning the purchased items to receive an Authorization number and for shipping instructions for your return. Please note below which items are not returnable. Items will not be accepted unless you are given an Authorization Number. Items must arrive in their original packaging. It is very important when shipping back goods to be sure to carefully re-package appropriately so no damage will occur in routing back to us and the package must be shipped insured via a trackable service, i.e. UPS, USPS, Fed Ex.. Your money will be returned except for shipping and handling charges. If your item arrived damaged during transit and/or arrived damage from our facility, then we will reimburse you for shipping the product back to us. We will refund you the price of the product once items are received back to us in new condition. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs back to us for a return - unless the item arrived damaged. Items must be returned within 5 days of receipt of your order.


Please note that personalized items, hand painted items and customized orders cannot be returned. We cannot accept returns on Cake Toppers, Party Favors, Edible Favors (i.e. cookies, chocolates, cake mixes, candy) books, baby lotions or perfumes.

If you live in the Miami area and would like to pick up your order in person, please select the Local Pick Up option in the Shipping options and we can set up a mutually convenient appointment for pick up. Please note that not all items are available for pickup as some of our products ship directly from the manufacturer. If you decide to cancel your order, it is only acceptable if your work order has not been started by our woodworker, and/or the painting process has not begun. Please note: Shower Centerpieces, Favors, Guestbooks, furnishings and other accessories are all made to order at the time you place your order.

Items on Sale are Final Sales and cannot be returned nor exchanged.

Ordering

To order an item by shopping cart, click on the "Order" buttons beside the product you wish to order...please fill in personalized and custom information carefully to ensure an accurate order. Upon receipt of your order, we will e-mail you a confirmation that we have received your order.

You may also place your order by calling us at 305.264.1767, by sending us an email at info@cecistreasures.com, by printing your order and faxing it to us at 305.264.0464 or by using our secure shopping cart online.

If you are custom ordering special items for your shower or bridal party, please order with at least 3 weeks in advance inorder that we may better serve you and and not rush the painting process.

Cancellation of Order

If for some reason you choose to cancel we will issue a credit to your card on items that have not shipped or if work has not been started. However, if work has been started on a custom ordered item or if it has been sent out to be personalized, we cannot return your full amount but will return 50% of your order.

Shipping

We are now shipping to Canada via UPS Canada Standard, Global Priority Mail or Global Airmail Parcel Post. We are not accepting International Orders at this time outside of Canada.

Please note the shipping times are different in all product pages. Some products may ship out within 3-5 days and some may ship out in 2-3 weeks if they are a custom painted item or if they are products from another vendor.

Your products may arrive in separate boxes since we have many vendors from all over the U.S. who make and ship our various product lines.

Shipping charges are based on weight, dimensions of box and shipping location. That amount will be disclosed at check out. Some larger hand painted items may incur an additional handling charge and/or have additional postage to what is reflected in the shopping cart. This is due to the nature of our work. Some wood pieces may be heavier than what is calculated at checkout due to the availability of the different types of wood used at the time of your order and also the size of the shipping boxes and packing material used inorder to prevent breakage during transit. We have done our best to calculate as close as possible to what the shipping and handling charges would be for these heavier items, however, sometimes it is under calculated due to the reasons stated above. We will advise you of this additional postage and add it to your credit card. We ship via UPS Ground and/or Priority Mail. Some items are shipped via UPS only and some via Priority Mail. If you should need your order delivered overnite, or next day please contact us at (305) 264-1767 or email us at info@cecistreasures.com and we will try our best to accomodate you. Please note that because the nature of our work, some of our painted products may not be available via a rush service. However, we do offer a Rush Fee option for an additional $10.00 if you would like your product painted or embroidered earlier than the production time mentioned in each products page. Please note that this Rush Fee of $10.00 is not an overnite or next day delivery fee service. Expedited mailing service is separate.


Sales Tax
