If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, please call us prior to returning the purchased items to receive an Authorization number and for shipping instructions for your return.

Please note that personalized items, hand painted items and customized orders cannot be returned. We cannot accept returns on Cake Toppers, Party Favors, Edible Favors (i.e. cookies, chocolates, cake mixes, candy) books, baby lotions or perfumes.

Returned items must arrive in their original packaging, accompanied by an Authorization Number. Please be sure to carefully re-package items, as we cannot be responsible for any damage during transit. Insurance is recommended.

Refunds, less ship charges, will be made within 5 business days.

Returns and/or exchanges made as a result of us - i.e. item was shipped damage - are shipped back at our cost.

Items must be date-stamped for return within 5 business days of receipt of the original package.

Some items - Shower Centerpieces, Favors, Guestbooks, furnishings and other accessories are all made to order at the time you place your order. As such, orders containing these types of items cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Items on Sale are Final Sales and cannot be returned nor exchanged.

Custom orders and special items for events should be ordered at least three weeks in advance.

We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipments are made via UPS and USPS.

Most orders ship within 2 business days, save for custom orders, which may take 2-3 weeks. Please see product detail pages for further information.

Shipping costs are based on weight, box dimensions and the ship-to location. Some customized items may incur nominal, additional fees.
